SUMOskinny magazine is the ultimate guide to college life. Part local, part national, and all college.
This weekend jump off is going to go a little differently. Since school's out for summer and/or forever, there isn't too much happening in our little town of Durham. Other than graduation that is. So here are some ideas for restaurants, activities, and places to hit up with the family and with your friends for one last weekend of fun.
Family food: Three Chimney's Inn is classy and close. Right by the Irving on the corner of Main Street and route 108, you can take all the relatives wihout being stuck in the car for too long.
Friendly food: Newicks is great for a big gathering of your homies. Who can deny greasy seafood eaten on the water on a sunny spring day.

Family activities: Strolling through Market Square can please those who like to sit and people and those who like to shop.
Friendly activities: Hit up all the graduation ragers.
Family tunes: If there have been hotels booked and you must spend QT, throw on some Boyce Avenue. They make the hip songs by Rhiana sound much more romantic.
Friendly tunes: Pump up your jams! The silly pop songs everyone screams too, they songs with killer bass to move to, and the throw back 90s hits that send you back.
Enjoy the awesome weather alongside whomever you are spending it with. To all seniors, conGRADulations!
