Country music finally made an appearance at UNH Thursday night with the very sexy Kip Moore opening for the Eli Young Band. There was definitely no shortage of flannel, cowboy boots or jorts in the house.
Playing his hits 'Somethin' 'Bout a Truck' and 'Mary Was the Marrying Kind' in his black v-neck tee, you couldn't help but drool a little over Mr. Moore. I will definitely be downloading more of his music. Although, I'm still curious as to what "Kip" stands for...
Anyways, while the Eli Young Band was not as pretty to look at, they brought their A-game with songs like 'Even If It Breaks Your Heart,' 'When It Rains,' 'Guinevere,' and 'Crazy Girl' to close out the show. They even gave a shout out to their fraternity brothers, Sigma Nu's, who came out to show their support. It was definitely a performance worth the money.

And rumor has it that after the show Kip Moore headed Scorps to unwind and take in the local culture. I would buy him a drink anyday.
So shout out to SCOPE, thanks for finally bringing country to UNH.
