Police at UNH are making themselves more visible with a new, reflective decal on their cop cars. They hope that this more visible layout will promote safety and prevent campus crime.

This new design is actually pretty cool, displaying our fierce wildcat and icy blue and white school colors to a T. With a bright and shiny new look, campus police will definitely be easier to spot. While only one car is currently in possession of the alternative look, UNH police hope to be able to switch over every vehicle within the next 10 years, at a cost of $500 each. But don't worry, that's not coming out of our own pockets. Police used funds from federal forfeitures taken after criminal prosecutions.
