180 Blue: UNH's Best Kept Secret

Bet you didn't know there's an honest-to-God restaurant right here on campus, owned by UNH no less.  It's called 180 Blue, located in Cole Hall, and it's operated by the students enrolled in the Thompson School's Culinary Arts program. Every Thursday, one student is in charge of preparing fine cuisine, while the other chefs assist him or her.  Even the wait staff are students.  The student in charge changes every Thursday, as does the food.  This is top of the line stuff; tonight the meal was Spanish themed, and I'm proud to say my very own brother, Clay Fisher did a hell of a job with it.  For a prix fixe of $14, you get all the bread you could ask for (and it is fine stuff), a choice of one of three appetizers, a choice of one of three entrees, and a dessert.

Reservations are recommended by calling ahead at least a day in advance. Next week's theme is Turkey and Greece, so get on that while you can.

Thanks to 180 Blue for the picture
