Chatroulette is known mostly for being the capital of Fappington, population fapmillion.  I've tried it once and all I did was click "next" over and over as I passed through a plethora of shirtless dudes waiting to whip out their stuff and get to waxin' that ski pole.  Needless to say, if this guy was my Chatroulette partner I would've stuck around for the show.  You go Steve Kardynal.
