Well well, Snoop Doggy Dogg has thrown us quite the curveball. On Friday, he released a new track, titled "La La La," the new single off his upcoming album Reincarnated. The big shock was Snoop's new name, Snoop Lion, coinciding with the reggae vibe from the song. Check it out:

I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised by this.  Snoop has a nice flow and sound to his voice as he sings along with the track. This isn't his first time delving into different genres. Back in April, he teamed up with Willie Nelson for the song, "Roll Me Up," about (surprise, surprise) marijuana.

Will he continue experimenting with different sounds?  We'll have to see. No official release date is out yet for Reincarnated but expect one soon.
