SUMOskinny magazine is the ultimate guide to college life. Part local, part national, and all college.
Sometimes you just get a piece of good news to brighten your day. This time it's proof that sex really can help you lose weight.
Take Pauline Potter, the Guinness Book of World Record's heaviest living woman, who used to weigh in at 643 lbs. Potter was looking to lose a few LB's. What did she do? A Marathon, and not the 26.2 kind.

Potter told Closer Magazine, she re-ignited her sex life with her ex-husband Alex, and after rigorous sessions of six to seven rounds of sex a day, she lost 98 pounds.
She added, “I can’t move much in bed, but I burn 500 calories a session –- it’s great exercise just jiggling around."
She also added in other details about their foreplay and how she can't buy lingerie, but she does know a thing or two about draping sheets in some sort of sexy pattern.
But hey, no hating here. Good for her. Keep it up and she'll be a size two in no time.
