I don't know about you but I've never heard or seen a high speed chase end in favor of the driver and this story is no different.

A high speed chase in LA ends with the driver driving his vehicle through a gardrail and off of a cliff into a home. The suspect is a physical education teacher at a Los Angeles Middle School by the name Kip Arnold. Arnold is under invesitgation for alledged acts towards a minor. 

Prior to the chase, Arnold told police he wanted to kill himself, making him sound completely innocent... Unfortunately for Arnold he's even more depressed and suicidal after his flying vehicle death trap only sent him to the Hospital instead of Heaven. Who are we kidding this guy's going straight to Hell.
