Fly-bys are probably the coolest and more arrogant thing a government can do. 

Think about the principal for a second. It's basically like flexing your muscles to impress someone, except your muscles are badass jets and the people are entire nations, but you get the point. 

Anyway, Brazil is still working on perfecting their fly-by abilities, and after this display I think they might want to put the training wheels back on. Watch as the Brazilian Air Force blows out every last window in their Supreme Court building as they attempt a fly-by.
