Video: Kiteboarder Jumps Over Pier In Tropical Storm Debby
Tropical Strom Debby has been tracking up the coast for the last couple of days, and thankfully it wasn't as strong as everyone had assumed.
It was however strong enough for this kiteboarder to jump over the pier at Redington Beach in Pinellas County, Florida.

This guy has a pair of brass-balls. As you can hear in the video, with any small shift in the wind this riders could have gone down on the pier, or be dragged under.
