Two teen lesbians were found with gunshot wounds to the head in a park in Portland, Texas. Mollie Judith Olgin (left), 19, and Mary Christine Chappa (right), 18, were discoverd in the more heavily natured area on the park on Saturday.

Olgin died from the shot while Chappa was rushed to the hospital. Chappa was in serious condition on Sunday but is now stable.
Around midnight on Friday a resident in a nearby neighborhood heard shots. Police then found bullet casings at the scene but no weapon. Both girls were at the bottom of a steep hill below a deck.

According to friends and family of the girls, the two had been involved romantically for about five months. There had been no outward signs of discrimination but officials believe it wasn't a random act.
