Until recently, the NBA All Star game was the primary platform that players ran stunts on the rest of us, rocking the freshest kicks that hadn't yet been released. Now, NBA players are using press conferences to flash that same swagger off the court. Who cares about a post-game rant when you can see what LeBron or KD is wearing.

The question really is; is this trend getting out of hand or is it better than the more conservative press conferences of old? I'd probably go with the later. One's style is a matter of self expression and it's nice to see your favorite players with game on and off the court. Sure, Russell Westbrook may be getting a little too bold but that fits his game, erratic with a lot of potential. Plus, I'll take the picture above over this tragedy below any day of the week.
