The Hunger Games second installment, Catching Fire, has offered Philip Seymour Hoffman the spot to play head gamemaker, Plutarch Heavesbee.

For those who didn't read the trilogy in a matter of days, 1. you should, and 2. the head gamemaker is the guy who designs what the arena The Hunger Games take place in will look like and what challenges the tributes will face. He's kind of a big deal.

So who better to fit the role of the boss than the Oscar-winning Mr. Hoffman? Between Capote and Moneyball, to his comedic skills in Along Came Poly and The Big Lebowski, I am confident he would do Plutarch justice.
