NBA Finals Preview: The Big Six

After a long, hard battle with the Celtics the Miami Heat will face Oklahoma City Thunder this Tuesday night in Game 1 of the NBA Finals.

Miami Heat’s LeBron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh will face Thunder’s big three, Russel Westbrook, James Harden and Kevin Durant. These six players clearly have extreme talent to make it a close matchup, but in my opinion Thunder will win this series.

The series is going to come down to whether or not Durant is able to stop James and forces the Heat to pass the ball and use their other shooters. Many say that James and Durant are the two best players in the league, so regardless it will be a show.

Since the Big Three was formed it has been Miami's goal to win the title, thinking James, Wade and Bosh would have no problem rolling over it's competition. With everything on the line the B3 will be determined to close out this season and series with a win.

Key Factor For Miami: LeBron and Wade are able to get open looks at the basket and make their shots as they are the entire Miami offense.

If the Thunder can play consistently, like they did against the Spurs, then it could be a breeze for them since the OKC roster is looking stronger than ever. OKC is shooting well, passing and recovering on defense. If Harden can remain in the game mentally and Westbrook can distribute the ball to the paint, OKC will have no problem picking apart the weaker Miami defense. Also, OKC has the home court advantage for the series which will play a big role in this match up.

Key Factor For OKC: Off the ball movement. If OKC can move without the ball it will open up their shooters and allow for easy inside-baskets for Ibaka and open looks for Durant.

*Weather warning Miami, a thunderstorm is coming.

this is so spot-on...Westbrook proved last night with 11 assists he can pick apart that defense, and Durant just showed Labronie last night how a superstar is supposed to play in the 4th quarter... Thunder in 5? I mean, I'd like to see Thunder in 4... maybe Bosh will cry again
