It's summer homies. Time for beaches, endless nights and, of course, fresh gear. While you may worry about new shirts and shiny kicks, there's one part of your wardrobe that needs no distress: sunglasses. All that's required is a wish to look fly, let Dang Shades handle the rest.

Started by Chris Beresford in 2008, Dang started off as a fun sticker company before evolving into the beast it is today. While coaching snowboarding at the High Cascade Snowboard Camp in Mt. Hood, Oregon, Beresford realized the need for inexpensive but stylish sunglasses that were easily replaced but perpetually loved. Originally called Dangloose, the name change came when it was time to put out the first line of shades.

Four years later, and Beresford is still running the show by himself. Although some people jump in every so often to lend a hand, he's a one man wrecking machine. With the help of some close pro snowboarder friends, Dang has grown from a humble sticker company to a juggernaut of style and swagger.  

These shades are dope; thin lightweight frames with unique lenses make them a must have for this summer. The best part? They're inexpensive, meaning all us pocket-scraping college kids can easily afford a pair or two. I bought one of the original pairs back in '08 and they sadly broke last summer.
