A man from southern Israel divorced his wife this week because she had brought 550 cats into their home.

The husband told the Rabbinical Court in Beersheba that he was unable to sleep in his bedroom because the surface of the couple's bed was constantly covered with cats. The man also claimed that the cats blocked his access to the bathroom and did not allow him to prepare meals in the kitchen. When he sat to eat, cats jumped onto the table and stole his food. The couple attempted a reconcilliation but proceeded with the divorce after the wife refused to get rid of her feline friends.

I have several questions regarding this story. Such as was was this guy's cutoff for an acceptable number of cats? Like would they still be married if it was only say, 200 cats? Also, how am I still single when there are guys willing to put up with living with 500 cats for any amount of time?
