Bill Wisth was recently ejected from Chuck’s Place all-you-can-eat fish fry for eating too much food, and now he want's justice.
At 6'6" 350-lbs Wisth can pack away pretty much anything you throw in front of him, which is why he's protesting against Chuck's Place for false advertising.
After putting down 12 pieces of fried fish, Wisth was cut off as the establishment claimed they were running low on food. So Wisth did what any man would do after eating 12 pieces of fried food, he refused to pay. That's right Wisth called the cops, and refused to pay, even after Chuck's offered him eight more pieces if he paid his bill.
"I think that people have to stand up for consumers," Wisth told local NBC affiliate TMJ 4.
Unfortunately for Wisth, Chuck's Place called the cops on him this time for disorderly conduct, so it looks like Wisth wont get to enjoy Chuck's all-you-can-eat any more.
I could use an all you can eat right now. Why are these not more popular on the east coast?
