Konstantine Myakush was just chilling in Moscow when a 20-inch long arrow pierced his throat, in front of his daughters no less.  Did it kill him?  Hell no, he just called his wife and went to the hospital, where the arrow was removed.  According to Arbroath, "The arrow, believed to have been misfired by a member of an archery club, would have killed Mr Myakush if it had hit him just one inch to either the right or left by piercing a major artery."

Sometimes you're just having one of those days, but in Russia one of those days has YOU! (Sorry.)  But really, put the pieces together here.  Man shot by arrow?  In Russia no less?  This was clearly a stray shot from Hawkeye as he was helping out fellow Avenger Black Widow.  Obviously.
