SUMOskinny magazine is the ultimate guide to college life. Part local, part national, and all college.
As a graduate of art school, I haven't taken a science class in over six years, therefore most science sounds pretty bizarre and unbelievable to me. However, this latest scientific "discovery" behind what may have caused global warming is almost too funny to be true.

Scientists are saying that dinosaurs may be partly to blame for a change in climate because they created so much flatulence.
A team of scientists from St Andrews University in Scotland, calculated the animals would have collectively produced more than 520m tons of methane a year - more than all today's modern sources put together.
It is feasible that these huge amounts could easily have been enough to warm the planet and is even possible that the climate change was so catastrophic that it caused the dinosaurs eventual demise.
Damn, to die by your own gas, that's pretty rough. Also, are we going to start teaching this? Like when little kids asked what happened to the dinosaurs we're just gonna be like, "farts, that's what happened." ...And this is why I'm not a scientist
