Trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 (VIDEO)

Bros across the world rejoice: the reveal trailer for Treyarch's Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 has hit.

Last time, the game's setting was during the height of Vietnam and the Cold War, detailing special operations units and their top secret missions around the globe.

Boasting an impressive cast (Ed Harris, Sam Worthington, Gary Oldman), the first Black Ops broke the record for first-day sales with 5.6 million units previously held by its ancestor, Modern Warfare 2.  As of August 2011, it was the best selling game in the UK, Europe, and U.S., moving over 25 million copies worldwide.

A follow-up was inevtiable, with Infinity Ward cousin developer Treyarch back at the helm for its second time around with Black Ops 2.  The two developers trade off titles; Infinity Ward usually handles the Modern Warfare half of the franchise, but due to its massive falling out with Activision after MW2, a good chunk of the game was handled by Sledgehammer Games and Raven Software.

A lot can be said about the two developers; to the untrained eye, their games are carbon copies.  While some game modes and story arcs share striking resemblances to one another, true gamers know that anything IW/Sledgehammer blows Treyarch out of the water.  While IW dines on fine filet mignon and craft beer at the adult table, Treyarch sips on sparkling apple cider and nibbles at a TV dinner at the kid's table.

I know, I know: "shut the fuck up already and show us the trailer!"  Your wish is my command kiddies:
