No, there is no typo in the title, I am merely calling it now.  Ridley Scott's Prometheus is going to be the best movie of 2012, no competition.  While I'm excited for Avengers, TDKR, G.I. Joe, etc., this movie is going to blow everything out of the water.  Hell, the trailer alone is better than almost any movie from last year.  

A team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a thrilling journey to the darkest corners of the universe.  Shipped to a distant planet to terraform it for human colonization, the team discovers an indigenous race of bio-mechanoid killers.

If that doesn't get you interested to see it, then you simply have absolutely no taste in movies.  I mean you may have some taste, but it definitely sucks if you think Prometheus doesn't look stellar.  You've got Noomi Rapace, Charlize Theron, Michael Fassbender and Stringer Bell..uh, I mean Idris Elba.  And, I dunno, one of the best sci-fi directors ever?  I want it to be June 8th so badly right now.
