I'm willing to say everyone who's ever had a college roomate has been witness to some action they probably didn't want to see, but that's just the way the cookie crumbles. It's college, everyone is just trying to get it in. But one former Stonehill College student is putting her foot down. Lindsay Blankmeyer is seeking $150,000 in damages after witnessing a little too much poon-tang from her roomate.

According to court documents, Blankmeyer alleges that her roomate took part in various activities from "innapropriate video-chatting" to good old fashioned boning while Blankmeyer was in the room. According to Blankmeyer, these various activities exacerbated her depression and caused her to have suicidal thoughts. She also argues that the school failed to follow up on her complaints and requests to switch rooms.

According to her lawsuit, Blankmeyer moved into a hotel before completing her senior year from home. So next time you're thinking of having secret sex while your roomate is sleeping, think about the consequences. Then depending on how horny you are, just do it anyway.
