The state of politics in this country needs some help, and the state of Virginia thinks they may have found just the man, or rather, cat for the job. Hank the cat has thrown his adorable little proverbial hat into the ring for a seat in the U.S. Senate.

While Hank's owner, Anthony Roberts, admits his candidacy is merely intended to poke fun at the political status quo, after watching this ad (and seeing the Republican primaries) I'd vote for the little guy. Watch his inspirational ad below.
