SUMOskinny magazine is the ultimate guide to college life. Part local, part national, and all college.
I know that a mysterious hot tub appearing on the roof of a college building sounds like a Nancy Drew book written by Snooki, but as they say, truth is stranger than fiction. The tub made its debut on the roof of a building on University of Michigan's Ann Arbor campus Saturday night. However, just as quickly as it came, the tub was gone by Monday.
The tub, which appeared on the roof of the computer science building, is thought to have been installed by a group of ingenious students who had access to the building. Students called it the "Bob and Betty Beyster Bubbler" in honor of the couple who donated $15 million to the computer science program.
"People were kind of flabbergasted," CSE spokesman Steven Crang said of the hot tub, which had a wave of visitors Sunday and Monday. "It was obviously unexpected. It was pretty creative and now it's gone."
This is an awesome prank but I can only imagine how much sex happened in that hot tub during the 24 hours it was up and bubbling.
