SUMOskinny magazine is the ultimate guide to college life. Part local, part national, and all college.
It's safe to say that most New England teams are on the top of the hate lists around the country. Regardless of the sport, Boston seems to collect some of the most feared and hated players. I'm not sure if it's the water they are drinking, or if it breed in the blood, Boston players are basically a wild pack of wolves.
One of the most feared and hated players at the top of everyones list is power forward Kevin Garnett.

Garnett is a monster with a quick temper, giving him character (or at least that's what we like to call it in New England). From punching the floor after a big play to shit-talking on the sidelines Garnett is the first to get himself into trouble on the court.
In the opening game against the New York Knicks at Madison Sq Garden, the power inside started a fire. After missing a shot in Sunday's loss, Garnett turned to Knicks' player Bill Walker and grabbed him by the throat.
The video is pretty clear in what happened but even so Garnett will not be fined or suspended for his actions, according to an NBA spokesman.
I guess it goes to show it's not only New England fans that love this beast.
I am a Miami Heat fan, and I hate the Boston Celtics.
