SUMOskinny magazine is the ultimate guide to college life. Part local, part national, and all college.
Been down College Street lately? If you have, you've definitely noticed the new cupcake shop, My Little Cupcake. Walking inside makes you feel like a little kid again, with big cases of cupcakes and bright colors. The shop started in Essex, VT, and sends out its cupcakes to stores all over VT. The Burlington location just opened on October 8th and has been pumping out dozens of flavors everyday. They have the usual flavors like chocolate, vanilla, mocha, lemon, and strawberry, but then they have crazier flavors like butterfinger, salted caramel, mexican hot chocolate and banana split. I went in for one big cupcake and came out with 6 mini ones.

I didn't eat them all... yet... but the salted caramel and red velvet were to die for. Looking for a specific flavor? Check out their Facebook page where they tell you some of their special flavors for the day. I'm keeping an eye out for the Fruity Pebbles one, yum! And of coruse, they have vegan cupcakes. (It is Burlington, afterall). So next time you're looking for a ltitle pick-me-up, be sure to grab a mini cupcake (or six) from My Little Cupcake. I had three for breakfast :)
