SUMOskinny magazine is the ultimate guide to college life. Part local, part national, and all college.
It’s that time of year again. Family Weekend is once again upon us, and that means that your parents and siblings will be making the trek to Durham to spend a fun-filled weekend at various UNH-sanctioned activities. Or, if you’re like me, your parents won’t be coming down and you’ll sit in your apartment looking wistfully out the window at all the students whose parents love them. Just kidding. But not really.
The truth is, UNH puts a lot of effort into making Family Weekend as fun as possible for both you and your parents. Family Weekend will kick of on Sept. 30 and last until Oct. 2. Whether your family decides to stay for the whole thing, pick and choose days, or not show up at all, the weekend will have something in store for everyone.
