We've all been to The Sink. (I've personally been denied on more than one occasion for a cold beverage there.) However, they are world famous for their 'hands-down' best burgers in the universe. Well, now they are famous for another thing. President Obama came to CU yesterday and made a special stop at the student go-to hang-out. Located on the most travelled corner of The Hill, The Sink is a bit of a dive, diner and bar with a huge amount of charm. It was also specialed on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives on the Food Network. 

Obama came to CU to speak on the subject of student loans. But who really cares about that. The president was at The Sink, which is 10 times cooler than Coors Event Center. He even opened his speech talking about The Sink. Epic day for CU. Maybe people can stop talking about 4/20 now. (probably not)

A tradition for Sink go-ers is to sign the walls or ceilings, though there really isnt anywhere left anymore. However, a special place next to a stencil of Guy Fieri was saved for the POTUS. Obama tagged The Sink like the badass he is. Beat that.

But I guess the most important thing to some (snore) was the speech he gave on student loans. If you weren't one of the lucky ones who waited numerous hours in the heat to get a free ticket to see the President, you're in luck. A million new crews were there to cover the speech for your own personal enjoyment.
