San Francisco is an amazing city for dogs. They’re everywhere, and tons of places are dog-friendly. I’ve even heard that in the city, pooches outnumber children. So it should only come naturally that SF would take the nationally-recognized “Relay For Life” anti-cancer fundraising event and revamp it, dog-style.
On July 21st, Crissy Field will be swarming with pooches (and their owners) for this noncompetitive walking event that will raise money and awareness for the American Cancer Society. There is even a cutest dog contest that is sure to get pet owners hilariously riled up.
