Have you ever had the pleasure of walking behind someone who was more into their phone than what was actually ahead of them? I’m sure you have – the oh so annoying multitasking walking texting machine. You know, they walk super slow, hog the sidewalk, and have no idea what is going on around them. It’s just irritating and you want to tell them to wake up!
First the ban on texting and driving was implemented and now there is talk swirling about a ban targeting those who text and walk.

New York senator Carl Kruger has proposed a statewide bill in hopes of banning pedestrians from using their mobile devices while crossing streets. We can’t say that this is a bad idea because some people are so incredibly wrapped up and consumed in their technology that it is scary.
The main reason behind this is due to recent traffic deaths involving distracted pedestrians. Yikes!
If this bill is passed, what happens if you are caught indulging in your BlackBerry, iPhone, or other mobile device while crossing the street?
You could face a court summons and be asked to pay a fine of $100.00
That could certainly add up and become pricey! Or, you could just be this girl-
