SUMOskinny magazine is the ultimate guide to college life. Part local, part national, and all college.
Back in my day, kids were awarded scholarships for their brains and or braun. Either you were wicked smat, or you were wicked good at baseball, either way you had to be wicked good at something.
But in today's world all you have to do is be wicked good at Tweets. KFC is offering a $20,000 scholarship to high school seniors around the nation with a minimum GPA of a 2.75 and the ability to craft a message in less than 140 characters.
"It's how this generation communicates" said John Cywinski, KFC's chief of marketing. "It's a generation used to instant messaging and immediate gratification."
To participate in the KFC Best Tweet contest, simply sign up to follow KFC on Twitter at @KFC_Colonel and submit your catchy tweet with the #KFCScholar tag.
