A study at St. Lawrence University recently found that gum can help students score higher on their exams.

Students who chewed gum 5 minutes before an exam scored higher than those who did not.
Eightly students were given gum before taking the same exam. The first half, that chewed gum before taking the test, did significantly better.
Past research has suggested that physical activity helps the brain, but apparantly literally any slight activity can help.
