SUMOskinny magazine is the ultimate guide to college life. Part local, part national, and all college.
Many colleges are steeped in tradition, but this might be the best one I've ever heard.
The students over at John Brown University take their annual tradition very seriously, that tradition being, to toilet paper the opening basketball game every season.
Accoridng to the schools website, "Perhaps one of the most recognized athletic traditions at JBU is the annual Toilet Paper Game. At the first home men's basketball game each season, on the first FIELD GOAL by JBU, toilet paper is tossed onto the floor by fans. This is an exciting event and draws many fans and brings on the first technical foul of the year."
Next year I want in on this.

This is epic. One of the best traditions I have seen in a while.
