Definition: “Fat Upper Pussy Area”. The "blob" or "pouch" of fat above the vageen area which is usually seen on heavyset old women, ladies who wear mom jeans, crazy cat ladies and some teachers and fat men. This is usually mistaken as the stomach or camel toe (yet another phenomenon).
