Silas Dunham

Co-Founder & President

Silas' drive and passion for the entrepreneurial world began with his first business, selling eggs to his neighbors in Northern Maine at the age of six. Silas continued his education in business, opening the first snowboard terrain park in Camden Maine. Silas went on to move to Boston where he became heavily involved in the Boston startup community as a marketing executive and co-founder of College Sumo. Silas graduated magna cum laude from Suffolk Univeristy Sawyer Business School in Entrepreneurship. In Silas' spare time he acts as a mentor and consultant to several online startups as well as a small clothing startup out of Rhode Island.

 

 

 

Stacey Leasca

Co-Founder & Editor In Chief

Stacey started her writing career at The Narragansett Times in southern Rhode Island as both an education correspondent and features writer. From here, Stacey moved on to work in Madrid, Spain as a freelance writer for In-Madrid Magazine. She then spent two years as a staff writer with Motif Magazine in Providence, Rhode Island as the “Writer at Large” covering beer reviews, music and movie reviews, art openings and more. Along with co-founding and editing SUMO, Stacey is a master's candidate in the Emerson College journalism department for April 2012. 

 

 

Courtney McCullough

Social Media Manager

Courtney graduated from Rollins College in 2010 with a degree in Psychology and Communications. She has experience in Sales, Marketing, and Public Relations. Her extensive personal, and professional background with social media outlets give her a finess for the game, and make her a strong asset to the team.

 

 

 

Roman Wunderlich

Co-Founder & Advisor

After negotiating the sale of the Domäne home improvement chain (39 stores, $250 million annual revenue, 270 employees) in 2005, Roman became Sales Director at London based Sportsyndicator, a digital sports agency specializing in content and advertising monetization by connecting advertisers with its network of over 10 million consumers. After gaining experience in the industry and a short stop at Goldman Sachs, he eventually co-founded his own web-based business modelkarma.com, the largest online global model management company and social network for models, aspiring models and people interested in modeling, beauty, glamour, lifestyle and entertainment. At SUMOskinny Roman heads up investor relations, business development and company strategy.
